Welcome to Jaeup Kim's
Nanostructured Polymer Materials Theory Lab

jaeup.JPG

I have an interdisciplinary background, having worked on polymer physics, nanoscience and biophysics. Currently, my primary research interest is in the theoretical modeling of nanometer scale structure formation of polymeric materials.

Since I joined UNIST in 2009, I have been using Self-Consistent Field Theory (SCFT) as a tool to find the equilibrium mean field solution of polymer nanostructures. With that various collaborations with experimental and theoretical groups are ongoing.

Those who are interested in MS, Ph. D and Post Doc. positions are welcome to contact me.
